Seadamp DOCK

Seares’ Seadamp system is now available in DOCK version for any floating body, without limits of movement or application.
The Seadamp DOCK reduces the peak load of the mooring by up to 90%, while requiring less maintenance than other devices available on the market. These factors secure the mooring line and reduce maintenance costs.

MOORING

Seadamp has a progressive damping action during the exit phase of the floating body and a slow release during the return phase. Seares can provide a bidirectional version of the Seadamp DOCK with a symmetrical damping action for stationary applications. This particular model is capable of working in both tension and compression. The quality of the mooring is improved by a highly effective damping action that reduces oscillations of the floating body.

COMPONENTS

High-quality stainless steel provides structural and corrosion resistance. The hydraulic fluid, 100% biodegradable, allows the damping system to be silent and the internal components to last longer.
